While trying to decide on an RV park in the Durango area we stumbled upon a site that had 60+ current reviews that were all 5.0. So we called Durango Ranch RV and gave them our dates and they had a spot. There was no disappointment upon our arrival and subsequent stay. They just opened in April 2022 and everything is brand new. And you can see that Tanner and his wife put their heart into this park. And as mentioned by others it is surrounded by their multi generational family farm. The attention to detail is in every aspect of the RV park. Family farm heritage tools, pictures and other items decorate every building and room and much of the beautiful landscape. Picturesque sunrise and sunset views are a daily occurrence. The shower/bathroom and laundry rooms are better than most homes and thus you feel right at home. I sat comfortably in the laundry room one afternoon reading while eating a bag of daily supplied popcorn from the office. The outdoor patio area with the hot tub and livestock watering barrel turned into a bubbling fountain that surrounds one of their farm buildings is also inviting. The only con I can think of is you may not be able to stay here as they only have about 20 spots.
